30th September 2010
A few days ago Harry Redknapp said that Arsene Wenger has gone nuts. Well sorry Harry but I think you have gone nuts. Here is a picture of Harry and his beloved Arsenal.
I didn't take this picture but credit to the person who did. Great job! Redknapp caught Napping!
Enjoy this Arsenal fans. Great game last night by the way, well done Fabianski.

European Champions League Betting Tips and Predictions
28th September 2010
Alright, I will be the first to admit, this past weekend was a disaster. But who could imagine Chelsea and Arsenal losing, Liverpool and Manchester United drawing again? Let's put that aside and see how we can win back some money on the Champions League.
Partizan Belgrade vs Arsenal
Arsenal oh Arsenal, how badly you played this past Saturday. First goal, poor defending by Sagna, second goal, poor defending by Koscielny. But in past records, when Arsenal loses a game, they bounce straight back. Although playing away, they should come back firing. I expect a total turn around. Expect Arsenal to win by 2 goals or more.
Ajax vs AC Milan
Well, Ajax is a very strong team and Milan will be away. Actually from bookmakers, Ajax is favoured to win. But I feel that Milan will be too strong for them even on Ajax ground. Milan's experience in Europe would carry them through but it will be a close win. Milan to win by 1 goal.
Rubin Kazan vs Barcelona
Straight forward win by Barca? Well, let me remind you, last year, Rubin held Barcelona to a 0-0 draw at home and BEAT Barca at Camp Nou 2-1! So think again. Somehow Rubin Kazan knew how to handle the hottest team in the world. Will they repeat that again? Third time's a charm? For great odds and a nice story, go for Rubin Kazan +1. I suggest only betting a small amount for fun.
Valencia vs Manchester United
Valencia is doing well at the moment. Unfortunately we can't say the same about the Red Devils. It will be a tough ask to win away from home. Manchester United needs this win, and they will throw everything at it. But will they succeed? I am not putting money on it. However if you are like me and need a punt to enjoy a game, I suggest going for OVER 2.5 goals as this will be a high scoring game.
Side bet: Rangers vs Bursapor
I don't follow Scottish football and I have no idea who Bursapor is. But if you want good odds and possibly an easy win, I will say go for Rangers. Ranger drew Manchester United last time and if they win this match, they set themselves up for qualifying for the next round.
Good luck to you all, let's win some MONEY MONEY MONEY

English Premier League Predictions (This coming weekend)
24th September 2010
Alright guys, my big predictions of the weekend. LET'S MAKE SOME $$$$$$.
Manchester City vs Chelsea
Well, first big test for Chelsea and Ancelotti. They had a great season so far albeit their loss midweek in the league cup. Manchester City are suffering and problems with their defense. Who can stop the rampart Blues? Chelsea would be paying at least 2-1 to win this game, great odds for such an in form team. Expect Chelsea to win by 2-0 or better.
Liverpool vs Sunderland
Boo hoo, Liverpool is out of the League Cup, having another bad start to the year. BUT, they HAVE TO WIN this game. For the fans, for the club, for the manager. I think Steven Gerrard is ready to quit if they don't. It is either they will be demotivated and falter, but I think with Gerrard's leadership qualities, he will fire up the team to a win, and a convincing one.
Arsenal vs West Brom
Well, everyone knows I am an Arsenal fan by now. This should be a stroll in the park? Maybe not. Wilshere is great, but he is no Cesc. We will miss Cesc and his creativity, vision and leadership. However I expect Arsenal to win, but it won't be pretty. 1-0, 2-1 they will be made to sweat for it. Goal for Chamakh if you want better odds.
Newcastle vs Stoke City
Okay, Newcastle is back, pretty inconsistent so far but has notched some big kills in the past month. They are coming off a high by beating Chelsea and they will be very confident going into this game. At home, they should be able to handle Stoke, who by the way is not in great form. Newcastle to win by 2 goals.
Good luck guys. Please post your comments and I hope you all WIN!

English League Cup Review
23rd September 2010
So another round of the English League Cup is over. A quick review of the games.
Straight forward wins for Arsenal, Aston Villa and Manchester United. Arsenal should have won in 90 minutes as Kieran Gibbs was flagged offside when he was clearly on, and Robbie Keane who was offside but allowed to play on. Scunthorpe actually gave Man Utd a run for their money. The scoreline doesn't show it but Scunthorpe played well and actually had 29 shots at goal with 19 of them on target. Not too shabby.
Goodbye to Chelsea, Liverpool, Everton and Manchester City. Chelsea, maybe a case of over confidence, but also prioritizing their matches, you can forgive them for playing their 2nd stringers. Losing to a premiership side, and with big matches coming up, can't really fault them too much. Man City should win these games if they want to challenge for anything at all. Liverpool, tsk tsk, can't even beat Northampton. And Everton, can't kill off their game with Brentford. Early exits for these premiership teams.
As an Arsenal fan, this is good news for us. We have some depth this year with some of the youngsters not so "young" anymore. Some teenagers already have 20-30 games on their belt by now. As long as the team is fit, they should have a good run for the league cup. Might be a potential mouth watering final with Man Utd? Hmm...

Shut up Sam Allardyce!
20th September 2010
A few days ago Sam "Fatty" Allardyce criticized Arsene Wenger on his "influence" over referees. That's fine. Say whatever you want fatty. But when he went on and said:
"Arsene is seen as a sophisticated Frenchman while I'm just a rugged English centre-half from the Midlands with an accent to match, but is Arsene more advanced than me in terms of coaching? Not a chance. Does he use live fitness data on his players during games? Does he study sports psychology every day? Does he use sports science to the extent that I do? I doubt it."
Sammy, please. You think you have an earpiece stuck (it's not even wireless) on your ear every game, and you have an Ipad instead of a notebook you're more advanced that Wenger? What have you done to football? What have you won? Arsene Wenger has consistently kept Arsenal at the top end of the Premier League without any major signings, losing Thierry Henry, Viera, Hleb and playing 16-19 year olds. For the transformation of the likes of Fabregas, Wilshere, Walcott from teenagers into superstars, that is advanced enough I think.
"I'm not suited to Bolton or Blackburn," he said. "I would be more suited to Inter Milan or Real Madrid. It wouldn't be a problem for me to go and manage those clubs because I would win the double or the league every time."
Sammy, just because you are jobless, broke and overweight doesn't mean that you can go around and making silly claims. Yes, now we've noticed you, thanks but still, no thanks. You think by attacking a French manager the English FA will pay attention to you? Yelling out big names like Inter or Madrid they will be impressed? If you want a job, get a better agent, and offer him some "bungs".
SHUT UP SAM ALLARDYCE! Thank you.

Phil Laak wins first WSOPE bracelet
17th September 2010
Congrats to Phil Laak (Unabomber), who happens to be one of my favorite poker players on winning his first WSOPE bracelet and pocketing more than £176k. (nice chunk of change) Won with a sick hand too, K5. Well done! I am sure this is the first of many. Looks like Phil did a Ted Forrest too (lost weight).

Liverpool WILL beat Manchester United this SUNDAY!!!!
17th September 2010
I'm BACK...........
Biggest match in Manchester's season so far. Mark my words, LIVERPOOL will win!
OK, this is still a long shot, no offense to Liverpool fans, but we all know the might of the Red Devils. However Man Utd have been a bit gun-shy lately and will Rooney's off field antics, and the departure of Rafa Benitez (Rafa who?) Liverpool really stands a chance!
Man Utd, drawn Fulham, drawn Everton, drawn Rangers.... not very convincing form.
Liverpool on the other hand hasn't had the best of forms either, but this is a close a chance of beating Man Utd that it has. Go to http://www.bet365.com/home/?affiliate=365_038920 to make a bet on it NOW!
For a SURE BET, go for ARSENAL to beat Sunderland. Fabregas is back, and he is in great form, scoring 2 goals and creating 2 more in midweek. Chamakh is doing really well, I can't see them losing this game. It will be a big win like 3-0 or 4-0.
Good luck! Till next time...

Poker In Manila
8th September 2010
Another long time since my last post. I was in Manila playing poker. It was fun but too bad I didn't much of a profit. I got bad beat by really stupid fishes but I feel good that I played well. I lost 2 big pots that I was 70-80% favorite when I went all in.
First has was against a really rich guy, who plays like USD 10,000 per hand on Bacarrat. He comes to the poker table to have fun and socialise. Flop was 4s 7d 8s. He pushed all in with Q8 off. I had 7s 5s (straight flush draw with a pair) I was 70+% favourite. But I missed all my 17 outs.
Then the other time I played against a really fishy player who would go all in with 89 suited preflop etc. This time flop was 5 6 7 one heart. I had 55 for the bottom set. He had 3h7h for the top pair and gut shot. But the lucker hit runner runner hearts for the flush. I was 80% favourite. Damn.
But otherwise I had fun. The food was great, the massage (no hanky panky) was super cheap and nice. It is still a very unsafe place and I felt that some one tried to kidnap me at one point. I do not recommend traveling alone there especially if you are female.
